Norwich, Connecticut Bartending School

School Philosophy & History

A MESSAGE FROM THE INSTRUCTOR:
As the owner and Trainer of all students at CTSB, I want my students to know how seriously I take their future. It is not just about learning a list of drinks; It is about Bartending; It is about Trust; It is about Mixology; It is about learning how to make Money!

Bartenders enjoy the luxury of flexible hours, full time or part time employment at the many locations in the hospitality industry, as well as, seasonal work at an island resort or at the ski slopes- or BOTH! For 30 years being a "Pouring Pro" has made my life fun, taken the edge off daily stress, allowed me to meet new people, travel, or make business contacts, and created a wealth of friends. ALL THIS and financial success! Upon graduation you too will be a "pouring pro".

The Difference!

TRUST: I am dedicated to hospitality training and that is why I personally train each student. My purpose and goal are to provide all students hands on training in mixology, bartending and alcohol awareness, and to develop top notch bartenders for all aspects of the expanding hospitality industry.

Connecticut School of Bartending graduates can be successfully employed throughout the United States and the World because we offer the full credentials necessary. Connecticut School of Bartending training puts you on target to a secure future in the hospitality industry. We create "team players" and "professionals"

The Difference!

PRACTICE: This is achieved through small classes; each student is working at their own bar station. No large classes where you wait your turn to pour. You will learn Mixology techniques through hands on training, pouring hundreds of drinks each class!

The Difference!

MONEY: Students learn customer service skills that I have mastered after nearly 30 years of experience. Grads have lifetime access to me and the school for free refresher courses, and consulting in their future hospitality ventures.

I, personally, work with each student on job leads as well as calling establishments in their area to set up interviews. We also contact management of establishments in college areas and assist grads through the interview process. We offer 24/7 job placement assistance. Our credentials are the among the strongest available.

We have been successfully placing graduates for the past 17 years in CT. and throughout the US, in all types of locations, from Casinos to small bars, nightclubs and restaurants, due to the high level of skills training we provide.

Thanks for taking the time to consider Connecticut School of Bartending. I look forward to the opportunity to work with you. Bartending is a Great full or part time job. Whether you are looking for benefits or just awesome money from part time work, We will assist you in achieving your goals.
